Job Profile
- Business Development – Pull travel agents across the globe who can be trusted and can provide good deals in their local destination
- Scale the business – Our business model is now set for North and South India. Expand them across borders and other major tourist destinations.
- Finances – Fair idea on how to manage finances in company. How to hire and deal with CAs and accountants. We will need to set up an office soon.
- Relationship management – Handling current agents and customer relations
- Out of box thinking – What our related competitors are doing, evaluating their business models, scale our model and workflow
Essential Skills
- Enterprising, Energetic, Experienced (3 years or more), Open-minded, Looking for setting up a business and name and not to make quick money
- Go getter, can run the show
- Well connected – preferred if connections in travel industry
- Have already set up a business and was involved in marketing, sales side

This isn’t an educated(travel agent) aswenr but i’ve studied tourism and i believe is it when airlines give out deals that are slightly cheaper, Having a name to you would be better because airlines would already give the company deals, starting from scratch could be a hard.This business might not be the best choice though, this is because the internet allows travellers to purchase tickets straight from the airline, the internet being the big thing at the moment this is what everyone is doing, also if you start from scratch allows you to choose your own packages.offering an easy way to book a holiday would be your high selling point.Im not to sure if you new all this already but i hope it helped.
